About Einstein Talent Center

Enhancing equality through Vocational skilling and training. Einstein training Center launched this program aiming at enhancing gender equality, improving sustainable livelihoods, and fostering women economic empowerment. The project “ uplifting teenage mothers and vulnerable women through vocational skilling and education in Uganda” targets to rejuvenate the livelihoods of these women and their babies to full potential. Hence promoting gender equality and digital empowerment for all women and girls creating gender responsive and favorable social environments for them. This project seeks to result into a long- lasting change of the traditional culture and beliefs where women have been left to barely no economic dependency and vulnerability. We strongly believe that through vocational skilling aligned with market demands will promote a tremendous impact in the livelihoods of poor communities and specifically increase the employability and economic well being of women and children.
